We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 for one of our 4 packs. Do you want more than one 4-pack? Great! Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more 4-packs.

We ship ground so orders will arrive as early as 2 days from shipping to up to 5 days depending on your geographical location.
Shipping Info
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
At checkout, the shipping methods will show the week your shipment will delivered (we cannot guarantee a specific day, only what is shown). We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.
We ship Monday through Wednesday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. (We don’t deliver on Sunday or Monday.

Pup Cups shipped arrive 3 to 5 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination. (At checkout, we’ll tell you the week your package will be delivered.)
How It Works
SERVICE AREA
We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
SCIENCE
We pack frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice or gel packs to keep the contents perfectly chilled through transit. Contents may arrive frozen, no matter what, give our Pup Cups at least 24 hours to thaw in your refrigerator.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships.
TRANSIT TIME
We ship ground so orders will arrive as early as 2 days from shipping to up to 5 days depending on your geographical location.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We authorize UPS and FedEx to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it, and frozen goods don’t melt during multiple delivery attempts, etc.
Gifting
SURPRISE GIFTS
Surprises are great—we love surprises!—but since you’re sending a perishable gift, you’ll want to make sure that the recipient is going to be home to open the package and put the contents in the freezer.
RECEIPTS, PRICING INFO, PAYMENT DETAILS, ETC.
We don’t include payment or pricing information in outgoing shipments.
RETURN POLICY
